Thinking about all the people recently who are pretending to be black---
Is it just me, or does anyone else find that this singer has a very SUPER-BLACK aspect about her?
I'm not so into Pink.  I just heard her singing the National Anthem, thought she did a great job, & looked her up.
But when I watched her being interviewed, I was experiencing a complete altered state of reality:  My eyes were seeing a black woman in white skin!  EVEN THOUGH she has 'white' hobbies [snowmobiling, jet-skiing...] & is married to a white BMX guy, doesn't speak with a 'blaccent' (nor curse, use vulgarities, or use black turns-of-phrase), isn't *necessarily* lower-class, I view her as someone STRUGGLING to contain an inner Section Ape-queen, who could break out at any moment.  I honestly can't put my finger on exactly what it is about her, but to me, She IS *very* BLACK.
